Services

PALS Home Health patients come from all walks of life. We welcome everyone to contact us about providing PDN (Private Duty Nursing) services. PDN is an option for children and young adults with special needs, such as: tracheostomy care, ventilator care, feeding tubes, respiratory treatments, frequent seizures requiring intervention, as well as many other special medical needs that may require skilled care.

Private Duty Nursing

PDN services for children from 0-20 years of age, delivered by licensed LVNs and RNs.

PDN service is covered by Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations.

MDCP Nursing

Nursing services to support families caring for children and young adults who are medically dependent.

Caregiver Training

Caregiver training for the client’s primary caregiver and immediate family.

Passionate About Pediatric Health

PALS Home Health provides private duty nursing (PDN) for TMHP Medicaid and Managed Care Organization (MCO) Medicaid patients.  We also provide respite private duty nursing (PDN) for the Medically Dependent Children’s Program (MDCP) administered through TMHP and various MCO’s.

Home Health PDN services are for medically and and technologically dependent children between birth and 20 years old prescribed by a Primary Care Physician (PCP).
